Q:What is turnkey manufacturing?
A:It's a one stop solution that we purchase components, out source mold supplier and plastic injection supplier to produce produce case, do the SMT assembly, DIP assembly, cable assembly to housing assembly, and we delivery the complete product to customers' hands.
Q:Can you accept consign parts ?
A:Sure. Goldmate is a Customs registered factory. We can handle import processes if you consign parts from foreign country, and refund you the importing VAT after shipment. And consign parts from mainland China is ok too.
Q:How is quality control?
A:We have perfect quality management system such as ISO9001, TS16949, IS014001. We also have CTI trainer certificate. In QC process, for components and all other materials ,we have IQC inspector, the materials will be inspeceted before production,we also have IPQC inspector and AOI machine ,X-ray ,FA measure machine to control the PCB&PCBA process .100% E-T test and reliable tests before delivery should be done.
Q:What is your engineering capabilities ?
A: RD manager is also the company partner, with 20 years experiences in electronics field.We can provide schematic design services, pcb layout services, electronics design services, software design services, and other engineering supports. Specialized in power supply design, BMS(battery management system), MCU development, embedded system development, MI interface, motor driving, ESP32 system.
Q:Could you quote us components/ICs only without PCB or PCB assembly?
A:Yes, we can ,we have professional IC sourcing team ,we can quote a whole BOM within 48hours. If you have leadtime demands ,please let us know before quotation.
Q:What files you need to provide for quote ?
A:For OEM project 1, gerber files and specification, BOM list ; 2, Testing documents(test procedure); 3, software if need programing or burning . And we can do test documents and test software base too and submite to customer for review and approval.
For ODM project 1, Technical requirements; 2, Acceptance standard;
Q:What is your MOQ ?
A:No MOQ required, 1pcs is okay , but MOV is needed , it will be quoted according the project.
Q:How about the payment term ?
A:Normally we take 50% deposit and 50% before delivery. After several times cooperation, we build up credit relationship with other, we can do 30% deposit and remaining before delivery. for VVIP, TT and OA payment terms are available.
